Our MedSpa

Our award winning MedSpa, Dermacare Hampton Roads is located in the Virginia Beach area, and offers a great location to combine clinical or business training with some play time!

Founded in 2006 and acquired by Leon Garber in 2011, we have grown over the years while weathering the ups and downs of the economy and changes in both industry and regulatory environment.  We’ve learned from those experiences and continue to grow at a rate of over 10% annually.  Growth highlights:

• From 2100 sq. ft. and 5 employees to our current 3500 sq. ft. and 14 employees
• From 2 lasers to 10 FDA approved devices including 5 lasers, BBLs, 2 RF systems and CoolSculpting.  We are the best equipped medical aesthetics practice in the metro area.
• Leveraged a basic membership plan into a 400+ member system with 4 different options that brings in nearly $500K annually, not including the sale of additional goods and services to those members!
• Grew our semi-annual Open Houses from a $16K first event to over $400K per event, while maintaining a 27% Cost of Goods for the event!
• Multiple Coastal Virginia Magazine “Best Of’s” for 2017-2019.
• Inc. 5000 awardee for 2019.
